Hidden Hills Vistas, a 95-unit luxury cabin development, already in active construction, in Gatlinburg, Tennessee is EB-5 project in a rural targeted employment area (TEA). - No refund for denials due to ‘Bad Actor Reasons’ which include involvement in illegal activities such as fraud, terrorism, or money laundering.

JCE Construction and Performance Guaranty Summary:
- Comprehensive Guarantor Commitment: Mr. Durga Prasad Gadde, the JCE Principal (“Guarantor”), ensures the completion of the Project as per the terms outlined in the Offering Documents.
